1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by WEB AL EOOD, including but not limited to software development, technical consulting, and fractional CTO services.

3. Services

We provide full-stack development, technical architecture, and fractional CTO services. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement for each engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Monthly packages are billed at the beginning of each month
Hourly work is billed bi-weekly or monthly as agreed
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge
Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue
All invoices will include our VAT number (BG206941336) and company address

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project. WEB AL EOOD retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during the engagement. Any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks remain under their original licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during our engagement. This obligation continues for 3 years after the termination of services. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, processes, or tools we use in delivering services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Monthly packages require notice before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

10. Limitation on our Liability

WEB AL EOOD is a service provider, not an employer. Our liability is limited as stated in these terms. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules or through the appropriate courts of Bulgaria.

12. GDPR Compliance

As a company operating within the European Union, WEB AL EOOD complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable Bulgarian data protection laws. We maintain appropriate data protection measures for all client information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
